Semua yang dikatakan Einstein di atas merupakan bantahan Einstein terhadap konsep tuhan ala monotheis khususnya Nasrani . Einstein lebih menganggap tuhan itu tidak lain adalah alam (nature) itu sendiri. Ini statemen dia mengenai tuhan:
